Returns Policy
Our returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging.
The following items are non-refundable:
- Nose rings
- Earrings
- Personalised Jewellery
To begin your return, please fill in the 'Contact Us' form stating your order number and reason for return.
We will respond with 48 hours informing you of our return address details.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days. Once your refund is processed you will receive an automated confirmation email. Please allow up to 7 business for your refund to show in your banking or PayPal account. Orders placed using Klarna or ClearPay will be refunded back to the debit card linked to your Klarna or ClearPay account.
Late or missing refunds
If it you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of posting your return, first double check your bank statements as it may take some time before your refund is officially showing. If you have done this and still require assistance, contact us via: info@amourdestinee.com and we will be in touch within 24-48 hours.
Sale Items
We do not offer refunds for sale items unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a faulty or damaged item/s, please send an email and photo of the defect to: info@amourdestinee.com we will inform you of our return address.
Returning your item/s
We advice that you consider using a tracked shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, please hold on to your receipt as we may need this as evidence of your return.
